Technology is great… until it’s not. It’s been such a helpful and amazing tool, opening the world to communication that’s never been seen before. The only downside is that, along with all of the good, it also does an impeccable job at making people feel worse about themselves. Let’s talk about how it does that and how I try to fight it’s negative influences.
