When it comes to mental health, there are a lot of ways that people try to feel better about it. Some try to develop a better understanding of what’s going on with them, others like to find like-minded individuals and stick with them, while others struggle to find any way to deal with their brain. In this episode, I talk about how I’ve found inspiration in my mental health, along with what doesn’t work. Also, I know it was Flight of the Valkyries. I just suck.
